These assets were forfeited to the state as a result of Fraud and money laundering. The suspects herein defrauded First National Lesotho M700 000 and disbursed the funds to purchase these assets. DCEO preserved and forfeited these assets through civil recovery. As a result of the court order it sold them by auction to the public.
